First of all I should apologize for using local-ir@ripe.net for this
announce, but it is fastest and most reliable way to access LIRs on
ex-USSR territory. Other LIRs can ignore this message and I kindly ask
to apologize me for wasting their bandwidth.
Working upon this comission we announce the creation of two maillists:
forum@ofisp.org - for workgroup drafts publications
forum-d@ofisp.org - for discussion
Both lists are archived and will be www-accessible (URL will be announced later).
We invite people, who want participate more closely in preparing drafts for discussion, to announce themselves by e-mail mailto: ispa@east.ru and provide contact information ( nic-hanlde in one of "whois" databases will be sufficient). Please note, that this call implies the readiness to share some time and efforts in preliminary work of creating drafts for subsequent discussion.
